A challenging case involving posterior cross bite and severely worn down teeth. Extensive jaw surgery and orthodontic therapy was followed by full mouth reconstruction. Treatment included crown lengthening surgery, implant surgery, full coverage crowns, implant crown and porcelain bonded veneers.
